EMCA’s Series A1 backshells offer environmental protection and cable strain relief for MIL-spec connector assemblies in harsh environments. Designed to mate with compact bayonet-coupling circular connectors conforming to MIL-DTL-26482 Series I specifications, this compatibility extends to many connectors from manufacturers like Amphenol (PT, PT-SE) and those conforming to Pattern 105 and 603. Available in both straight and 90° configurations, Series A1 backshells offer a choice of band termination / constant force spring (CFS) or single cone designs. These backshells provide a reliable, cost-effective solution for interconnect systems requiring environmental sealing and EMI mitigation in aerospace and rugged industrial applications.
